This is a stiff-bristled grooming brush used on horses to remove dirt, dried mud, and loose hair from their coat. It's typically used after currying (with a curry comb), and it's best for tougher areas of the body like the legs, neck, and sides. It's not recommended for the face or sensitive areas though, as the bristles can be too harsh.
