Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and cubic size of your order, your delivery location, and the available carrier options.

We work with multiple trusted carriers to provide the most suitable delivery options. Available services, including Standard and Express, will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

How Long will my delivery take?

Orders are dispatched the next business day wherever possible. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Bulky Items

Some items, i.e. tanks and precast concrete are available via in-store enquiry only due to weight and geographic product price fluctuations caused by freight.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to all of mainland Australia (excluding outlying islands); however, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

When will I know I can collect my order?

You will receive an email notification notifying you that your order is ready for collection. You will also likely receive a call from one of our team in store. If you haven't received a confirmation that your order's ready and you want to come in to collect it, please be sure to call the store on (07) 4588 6789 first to ensure it's ready.
